150 kt/a锌熔铸锌锭智能传输系统的设计与应用

    • 摘要: 针对国内外锌冶炼行业发展现状,以株洲火炬工业炉有限责任公司研发的150 kt/a锌熔铸及堆码打捆生产线为研究对象,完成了某冶炼厂锌熔铸车间的总体方案设计和生产工艺流程分析,然后对生产系统的锌锭智能传输系统进行了详细设计和计算分析,结果满足设计强度要求。该设计大幅提升了有色冶炼工艺技术装备水平,降低了有色冶炼综合能耗,提升了绿色低碳和清洁生产水平,具有重要的现实指导意义和广阔的发展前景。

       

      Abstract: In view of the development status of zinc smelting industry at home and abroad, taking the 150kt / a zinc melting and casting and stacking and bundling production line developed by Zhuzhou Torch Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. as the research object, the overall scheme design and production process flow analysis of zinc melting and casting workshop in a smelter are completed, and then the zinc ingot intelligent transmission system of the production system is designed, calculated and analyzed in detail, and the results meet the design strength requirements. The design greatly improves the level of non-ferrous smelting technology and equipment, reduces the comprehensive energy consumption of non-ferrous smelting, and improves the level of green, low-carbon and cleaner production. It has important practical guiding significance and broad development prospects.
