深竖井提升系统扩能改造设计技术探讨

    • 摘要: 某金矿采矿规模6500t/d,采用混合井提升系统,箕斗提升高度780m,为充分挖掘混合井提升能力并降低改造费用,拟在不改变主机及电机的情况下,通过增加箕斗的有效载重提升混合井提升量。本文根据实际项目背景,首先进行箕斗荷载试算选型、箕斗扩容方案、钢丝绳选型方案,然后对提升系统校核、提升能力核算、液压站整定值计算、电控调整建议及井塔结构设计等方面进行改造设计,取得了较好的技术和经济效益,为相似深竖井提升系统扩能改造项目提供设计参考。

       

      Abstract: The mining scale of a gold mine is 6500 t / d, and the lifting height of the skip is 780 m. In order to fully tap the lifting capacity of the mixed well and reduce the transformation cost, it is proposed to increase the lifting capacity of the mixed well by increasing the effective load of the skip without changing the main engine and the motor. In this paper, according to the actual project background, the skip load test selection, skip expansion scheme and wire rope selection scheme are first carried out, and then the improvement design is carried out on the aspects of lifting system check, lifting capacity calculation, hydraulic station setting value calculation, electric control adjustment suggestion and well tower structure design, which has achieved good technical and economic benefits, and provides design reference for the similar deep shaft lifting system expansion transformation project.
