Abstract: China"s mining industry is an important force to promote the prosperity of global mining economy and deepen global mining governance. Insisting on using the logic of the bottom, the logic of the depth, the logic of the times and the logic of reality generated by the historical materialism from the history of the mining industry, to explore in depth its evolution process and practice orientation, and to base itself on the new development stage of the mining enterprises, building a new development pattern, achieving high-quality development, winning historical initiative, has a positive practical significance.
