Abstract: Project approval demonstration is an important link in the whole geological survey project management. In order to grasp the dynamics and changes in the process of project management more comprehensively and meet the needs of geological survey project approval demonstration, software engineering methods are used to closely combine the characteristics of project approval demonstration and the management practice. A geological survey project approval demonstration system with strong practicability and reliability is designed and implemented, which can be applied to the whole process of the project approval stage, and achieve seamless docking in the three stages of data preparation, demonstration review and result summary and analysis, providing important basis for project deployment in the project approval stage for the management department.
