Abstract: In view of the advantages of the mold geofabriform methoddamming technology, such as strong applicability, mature technology, and green environmental protection, the technology is used in a tailings pond engineering project, combined with the tailings pond operation safety control index, to calculate the tailings under different working conditions The infiltration line of the reservoir was analyzed by the simplified Bishop method and the Swedish circular arc method to prove that the safety of the tailings reservoir met the requirements of the specification. The successful application of the geofabriform methoddamming technology in this tailings pond has reference significance for the design and heightening of other tailings ponds.
