采煤沉陷区建设用地综合治理成套技术及应用

    Complete set technology and application of comprehensive treatment of construction land in coal mining subsidence area

    • 摘要: 以淮北矿业集团拟建办公中心在采煤沉陷区进行建设为例,提出了针对老采空区的综合勘察技术;基于老采空区残余空间、破裂岩体裂隙分布规律、建筑荷载作用下老采空区的变形破坏规律及地表变形的时间效应,提出了采煤沉陷区建设用地地基稳定性评价方法;基于工程实践,提出了老采空区注浆治理的设计和检测方法,并初步形成老采空区治理效果检验标准;最终形成了包括老采空区勘察技术、采煤沉陷区地基稳定性评价技术、老采空区注浆治理技术、注浆效果检测及后评价技术的采煤沉陷区建设用地综合治理成套技术。该技术的应用为采煤沉陷区土地资源利用提供了新途径。

       

      Abstract: Taking the construction of the proposed office center in the coal mining subsidence area of Huaibei Mining Group as an example, the comprehensive survey technology for the old goaf is proposed; Based on the residual space of the old goaf, the distribution law of fissures in fractured rock mass, the deformation and failure law of the old goaf under the action of building load and the time effect of surface deformation, an evaluation method for the stability of the foundation of construction land in the coal mining subsidence area is proposed; Based on the residual space of the old goaf, the distribution law of fissures in the cracked rock mass, the deformation and failure law of the old goaf under the action of building load and the time effect of surface deformation, an evaluation method for the stability of the foundation of the construction land in the coal mining subsidence area is proposed. Based on the engineering practice, the design and detection methods for the grouting treatment of the old goaf are proposed, and the inspection standards for the treatment effect of the old goaf are preliminarily formed; Finally, a complete set of technologies for comprehensive management of construction land in coal mining subsidence area has been formed, including old goaf survey technology, coal mining subsidence area foundation stability evaluation technology, old goaf grouting treatment technology, grouting effect detection and post evaluation technology. The application of this technology provides a new way for the utilization of land resources in coal mining subsidence areas.
