Abstract: With the practice of "going out" policy becoming more and more active in recent years, more and more mining enterprises in China have focused on the resource rich Latin America. However, there are many uncertain factors in overseas investment, which contains great risks. This paper discusses the problems and corresponding solutions in overseas investment from the aspects of social relations, natural and geographical conditions, policy constraints and material shortage, which have great significance to effectively prevent investment risks and ensure the feasibility of investment in China"s mining enterprises.
