Abstract:
The ore industrial types of phosphate ore in Wengfu Area of Guizhou Province mainly include carbonate type and mixed type, and the content of carbonate mineral in the ore is determined according to the test results of the combined samples. In the previous exploration, it is believed that the industrial type of ore-layer A is mainly the mixed type phosphorite rock ore, which is more difficult to mineral separation the ore and has low economic value. In the process of Dawan phosphate rock exploration in this area, the author found that there is the existence of carbonate type phosphorite ore in ore-layer A. Therefore, it is particularly important to distinguish the carbonate type phosphate rock ore in ore-layer A by improving the decide method of ore industrial type. The statistical analysis of the test results of previous combined samples shows that the carbonate mineral content of gangue mineral in phosphate rock ore and acid non-soluble substance content are negatively correlated, with the critical value of 7.60% by solving the regression equation. For this reason, the Dawan phosphorite mineral area is used as research object, the continuous samples with acid non-soluble substance content >7.60% are combined as one sample, and the continuous samples with acid non-soluble substance content <7.60% are tested as one sample. The test results coincide with the regression equation, when the acid non-soluble substance content is >7.60%, the ore is mixed type, and when the acid non-soluble substance content is <7.60%, the ore is carbonate type. Therefore, according to the combination method can distinguish the carbonate type phosphorite rock ore in the borehole and its distribution. And then, according to the comparative analysis of the drilling column comparison chart, ore-layer A can circle the ore body of carbonate ore, and the resources can be estimated. It is proved that the combination method of combined samples in this test is more reasonable, and this combination method can better evaluate the ore industrial type and economic value of ore-layer A.
