特厚煤层沿空掘巷煤柱塑性区宽度研究

    Study on the width of plastic zone of coal pillar along goaf in extra-thick coal seam

    • 摘要: 为了解决特厚煤层条件下沿空掘巷围岩稳定性及掘巷煤柱留设合理宽度问题,本文以建新煤矿4203特厚煤层工作面为工程背景,建立极限平衡区应力方程,得到不同煤柱宽度条件下,煤柱体两侧向支承应力的分布特征,通过分析采空区侧煤柱和巷道侧煤柱塑性区宽度,得到沿空掘巷在特厚煤层条件下煤柱的合理留设宽度。试验结果表明:采空区侧塑性区宽度为2.58 m,煤柱侧塑性区宽度为2.61 m,煤柱核心承载区在不同煤柱宽度条件下,随着留设煤柱宽度的增大而不断扩大,集中应力区域也随之增大,最终确定特厚煤层条件下沿空掘巷煤柱合理宽度为10 m。由此可知,煤体完整性较好,巷道围岩稳定性得以控制,取得了较好的支护效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock stability in gob-side excavation under the condition of extra-thick coal seam and the reasonable width of coal pillar in excavation roadway, taking 4203 extra-thick coal seam working face of Jianxin Coal Mine as the engineering background, and the stress equation of limit equilibrium zone is established, and the distribution characteristics of lateral supporting stress of coal pillar under the condition of different width of coal pillar are obtained.By analyzing the plastic zone width of side coal pillar in goaf and roadway, the reasonable reserved width of coal pillar in goaf driving roadway under extra-thick coal seam condition is obtained.The results show that the gob side plastic zone width is 2.58 m, side of coal pillar width of plastic zone is 2.61 m, and analysis the coal core bearing zone under the condition of different coal pillar width, with the increase of and coal pillar width is constantly expanding, the concentrated stress area also increase, ultimately determine the special thick coal seam roadway driving along goaf under the condition of reasonable coal pillar width is 10 m.It can be seen from this that the integrity of the coal body is good, the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway can be controlled, and good support effect has been achieved.
