Abstract: Under the background of high-quality development concept, China's mining economy needs to take into account all aspects and multiple factors to achieve balanced development.The elements of the evaluation index to measure the high-quality development of mining economy are also important factors which influence the mining economy.Under the framework of high-quality development, grasping the driving force of mining economic development and giving full play to the advantages of various regions is an important link to promote China's mining economic development and ensure the supply of national primary products.Selecting the influencing factors of mining economic development from four aspects:environment, technology, industry and management, taking the panel data of 31 provincial administrative units from 2005 to 2020 as the research object, and using the multiple interpolation method based on random forest to complete the data in this paper.In order to give consideration to static analysis and dynamic analysis, establishing panel fixed effect model and panel vector autoregression model respectively.The research shows that industry is the main factor to promote the development of China's mining economy, environment plays a certain role in promoting it, and management has a certain restraining effect on mining economy.At the national level, should standardize the market environment, introduce investment, and promote the healthy development of mining enterprises.At the same time, should deeply implement the Two Mountains Theory, promote the construction of green mines, and promote the synergy between environmental protection and economic development.In addition, according to the different leading factors of mining economic development, also dividing the research object into four types:environmental protection feedback type, management priority type, industry driven type and technology support type.All regions should develop mining economy in combination with their own regional advantages.
