地浸采铀离子交换工艺塔顶过滤装置的优化改进

    Optimization and improvement of the tower top filter device of the ion exchange process for in-situ uranium leaching

    • 摘要: 地浸采铀是一种十分先进的采矿技术,被大多数铀矿开采国家广泛使用。针对鄂尔多斯盆地某铀矿床地浸采铀试验,离子交换塔塔顶过滤装置运行过程中出现的过滤网堵塞、破损等,导致离子交换塔内树脂和沉淀物无法有效分离,进而影响离子交换塔过液能力及树脂饱和容量的问题,引入自清洗过滤技术理念及刮刷式清洗方法,提出了塔顶过滤器的改进技术方案,在316L外衬加固骨架型绕条缠绕托条焊接式过滤装置基础上,研制形成了过滤精度合适、耐压强度高、操作简便、易拆装、投入低、可自动清洗的新型自清洗塔顶过滤装置,实现了树脂与沉淀物的有效分离,以及堵塞后过滤装置的自动化清洗。清洗后的反冲流量恢复至初始流量的96%以上,达到了地浸采铀塔顶过滤装置的连续过滤和自动清洗,提高了离子交换工艺的连续性和稳定性。该装置的应用降低了员工的劳动强度,改善了作业环境,具有较好的经济效益和安全环保效益。

       

      Abstract: In-situ leaching uranium is a advanced mining technology, which is widely used by most uranium mining countries.A uranium deposit in ordos basin, uranium ion exchange tower filtration unit operation in the process of filter blockage, breakage, etc., leading to the tower of ion exchange resin and sediment can't effective separation, thus affecting ion exchange column fluid saturation capacity problem of ability and the resin, introduction of self-cleaning filter technology concept and brush cleaning method, tower filters is proposed to improve technical scheme, in 316L outer lining reinforcement skeleton type articles around the coil bracket welded filtering device, based on the research to form the suitable filtering precision, high crushing strength, simple operation, easy to tear open outfit, low input, can be a new type of self-cleaning automatic cleaning tower filter device, the effects of the resin and the sediment separation.And the automatic cleaning of the filter device after plugging, the recoil flow rate after cleaning is restored to more than 96% of the initial flow rate, reaching the continuous filtration and automatic cleaning of the filter device at the top of the ground leaching uranium mining tower, and improving the continuity and stability of the ion exchange process.The application of the device reduces the labor intensity of employees, improves the working environment, and has good economic benefits and safety and environmental protection benefits.
