某铜锌硫多金属硫化矿高效分离浮选试验研究

    Experimental study on high-efficiency separation and flotation of a copper-zinc-sulfur polymetallic sulfide ore

    • 摘要: 为实现铜、锌、硫的高效回收利用,降低产品金属互含,提高产品质量等级,解决四川某铜锌硫化矿嵌布关系复杂,粒度分布不均,矿石特性为高铜、低锌、高硫,工业生产现场铜锌硫分离难度较大,生产指标异常波动等问题,本文从优化产品质量方案出发,进行了工艺矿物学研究、选矿探索试验研究和不同工艺流程条件下的浮选指标对比试验。使用铜锌高效捕收剂DF-201、DF-301和高效硫抑制剂S601,利用捕收剂DF-201和DF-301高选择性的特点,实现了在低碱度条件下铜锌硫高效分离回收的目的。在一段磨矿-0.074 mm含量占65%条件下,采用“优先浮铜-铜尾浮锌-锌尾浮硫”的原则流程,铜浮选作业采用“一次粗选一次扫选三次精选”的闭路流程,获得铜精矿品位为23.17%,含锌1.25%,铜精矿回收率为96.08%;锌浮选作业采用“一次粗选一次扫选四次精选”的闭路流程,获得锌精矿品位为42.20%,含铜0.32%,锌精矿回收率为75.25%;硫浮选作业采用“一次粗选一次扫选两次精选”的闭路流程,获得硫精矿品位为35.25%,含锌0.43%,硫精矿回收率为65.00%。本文研究结果可为同类型矿石的高效回收利用提供技术参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the efficient recovery and utilization of copper, zinc and sulfur, reduce the metal content of the product, improve the product quality grade, and solve the problems of a copper and zinc sulfide ore in Sichuan, such as complex embedding relationship, uneven particle size distribution, high copper, low zinc and high sulfur ore characteristics, difficult separation of copper, zinc and sulfur in the industrial production site, and abnormal fluctuation of production indicators, this paper has carried out process mineralogy research based on the optimization of product quality plan mineral processing exploration test and flotation index comparison test under different process conditions.The purpose of efficient separation and recovery of copper, zinc and sulfur under low alkalinity conditions is achieved by using copper and zinc high-efficiency collectors DF-201, DF-301 and high-efficiency sulfur inhibitor S601, and using the characteristics of high selectivity of collectors DF-201 and DF-301.Under the condition that the content of -0.074 mm in the first stage of grinding accounts for 65%, the principle process of “preferential floatation of copper-copper tail floatation of zinc-zinc tail floatation of sulfur” is adopted, and the copper flotation operation adopts the closed circuit process of “one roughing, one sweeping and three cleaning”.The copper concentrate grade is 23.17%, zinc content is 1.25%, and copper concentrate recovery rate is 96.08%.The zinc flotation operation adopts the closed circuit process of “one roughing, one sweeping and four cleaning”.The grade of zinc concentrate is 42.20%, the copper content is 0.32%, and the recovery rate of zinc concentrate is 75.25%.The closed circuit process of “one roughing, one scavenging and two cleaning” is adopted for the sulfur flotation operation.The grade of sulfur concentrate is 35.25%, the zinc content is 0.43%, and the recovery rate of sulfur concentrate is 65.00%.The research results in this paper can provide technical reference for the efficient recovery and utilization of the same type of ores.
