强采动煤层大巷群变形破坏特征与锚注修复加固技术研究

    Study on deformation and failure characteristics of roadway group in strong mining coal seam and bolting repair and reinforcement technology

    • 摘要: 煤层大巷群易受强烈采动影响,造成围岩剧烈变形破坏与支护结构严重失效,如何有效控制强采动煤层大巷群围岩稳定性对于保障矿井正常安全生产具有重要意义。本文以万家庄煤业一采区煤层大巷群为工程背景,分析了强采动大巷群变形破坏特征及影响因素,提出了大巷群“高强度锚注一体化”综合修复控制技术方案,开展了强采动大巷群修复现场工业性试验,并进行了修复过程中注浆量与注浆效果、锚杆锚索受力、围岩变形等监测分析。研究结果表明:强采动煤层大巷群在两翼工作面强采动应力叠加作用下呈现全断面变形破坏模式,相比于普通锚杆(索)支护,采用“高强度锚注一体化”综合修复控制技术方案后,大巷围岩最大垂直位移减小了80.5%,最大水平位移减小了76.3%,有效控制了围岩变形,现场实际应用效果良好。研究成果为强采动煤层大巷群围岩稳定性控制提供了一定的理论依据与工程参考。

       

      Abstract: Coal seam roadway group is easily affected by strong mining stress, resulting in severe deformation and failure of surrounding rock and serious failure of supporting structure.How to effectively control the stability of surrounding rock of coal seam roadway group is of great significance to guarantee the normal and safe production of mine.As the engineering background of a mining area coal seam roadway in coal mines of Wanjiazhuang Coal Mine, analyzes deformation and failure characteristics and influence factors of the strong mining roadway group, puts forward the comprehensive repair roadway group of “high strength integrated bolt-grouting” control technology plan, carry out the strong mining roadway group of grouting repair field industrial test and repair process and grouting effect, the monitoring analysis of bolt anchor cable force and deformation of surrounding rock.The results show that the large roadway group of strong mining coal seam presents a full-section deformation and failure mode under the superposition of strong mining stress on two wings working face.Compared with the ordinary bolt (cable) support, the maximum vertical displacement and maximum horizontal displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway are reduced by 80.5% and 76.3% after the comprehensive restoration control scheme of “integration of high-strength bolting and grouting” is adopted.The deformation of surrounding rock is effectively controlled and the effect of field application is good.The research results provide a theoretical basis and engineering reference for the stability control of surrounding rock of large roadway group in strongly mined coal seams.
