金属矿山绿色矿山建设关键技术方案研究:以遵义长沟锰矿为例

    Research on key technology scheme of green mine construction in metal mine:taking Changgou Manganese Mine in Zunyi as an example

      我国金属矿山具有数量多、开采历史悠久、分布广的特点, 目前该类绿色矿山建设的行业标准和评价指标虽有各项具体要求, 但未能总结出绿色矿山建设的关键技术方案和要求。因此, 本文对贵州遵义汇兴铁合金有限责任公司长沟锰矿在绿色矿山建设过程中取得的经验和成果进行综合分析; 总结了该矿山在矿区环境、开发方式、综合利用、节能减排、科技创新和企地和谐等六方面建设的核心内容; 提出了该类型绿色矿山建设的关键技术方案:即矿山应尊重历史, 以问题和需求为导向, 将矿山遗迹保护与生态修复相结合、因地制宜不断探索改进开采技术、聚焦“双碳”目标探索节能减排建设, 通过产学研协同推进, 加强制度建设和科技创新, 开展绿色矿山建设。通过本文研究讨论以期为同类型绿色矿山建设提供参考。

       

      Abstract:

      Metal mines in China are characterized by large number, long mining history and wide distribution.Although the current industry standards and evaluation indexes of green mine construction have various specific requirements, the key points and technical requirements of green mine construction are not clearly put forward.In order to solve these problems, this paper summarizes the experience and achievements obtained in the green mine construction process of Changgou Manganese Mine, Huexing Ferroalloy Company.The core contents of the mine construction are defined in six aspects that mining environment, development mode, comprehensive utilization, energy saving and emission reduction, scientific and technological innovation, harmony between enterprises and local areas.And puts forward the key technology scheme for green mine construction of this type that the mine should respect the history, takes the problem and demand as the guidance, carries out the green mine construction through system construction and scientific and technological innovation in the aspects of mining environment construction, resource exploitation, comprehensive utilization of resources, and focuses on the goal of “carbon peak and neutrality” to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.The discussion in this paper is expected to provide reference for the construction of the same type of green mine.
