变径磁选柱操作参数优化研究

    Study on optimization of operating parameters of variable diameter magnetic separation column

      变径磁选柱工艺参数对磁性矿物的分离具有重要影响。本文试验在前期变径磁选柱结构参数优化的基础上, 探究不同设备的操作参数对磁性矿物分选指标的影响。在相同给矿条件下, 采用单因素试验和正交试验, 优化了变径磁选柱分选区上升水流的速度、电流强度、励磁周期和分选时间等参数。以鞍山大孤山铁矿选矿厂的弱磁粗选精矿为分选原料, 在各自最优操作参数条件下, 对比了变径磁选柱与普通磁选柱的分选试验效果。在同一操作参数条件下, 两者精矿品位均在68.50%左右, 但变径磁选柱的精矿铁回收率较普通磁选柱提高了2.53个百分点, 精矿粒度分析表明, 变径磁选柱对-0.074 mm粒级的回收效果更好。

       

      Abstract:

      The process parameters of variable diameter magnetic separation column have important influence on the separation of magnetic minerals.Based on the optimization of the structural parameters of the variable diameter magnetic separation column in the early stage, this experiment explores the influence of different operating parameters of the equipment on the magnetic mineral separation index.Under the same ore feeding conditions, orthogonal test and single factor test are used to optimize the working parameters such as the speed, current intensity, excitation period and separation time of the rising water flow of the variable diameter magnetic separation column.Taking the coarse concentrate of Anshan Dagushan Iron Mine Concentrator as the separation raw material, under the conditions of respective optimal operating parameters, the separation test results of the variable diameter magnetic separation column and the ordinary magnetic separation column are compared.Under the same operating parameters, compared with the ordinary magnetic separation column, the concentrate grade of both is about 68.50%, but the concentrate iron recovery rate of variable diameter magnetic separation column is 2.53 percentage points higher than that of ordinary magnetic separation column.The analysis of concentrate particle size shows that the recovery effect of the variable diameter magnetic separation column on the -0.074 mm particle size is better.
