基于BCM1190的煤矿井下广播系统设计

    Design of underground broadcasting system for coal mine based on BCM1190

    • 摘要:

      针对现有井下广播系统集成度底、扩展性不足、无法与其他智能设备交互的问题,设计了具备与井下其他系统融合联动功能的矿用广播音箱,并以此为基础组建了矿用广播系统。该音箱采用BCM1190单片机作为主控制器,实现了组呼、全呼、自由分线、分区广播、定向对讲等功能的高度集成,利用高速光MOS管实现前后级绝对隔离,加装继电器控制执行器开关,提高控制回路的抗干扰能力,防止高磁场干扰出现误导通关断动作,支持10/100M自适应同步全双工以太网通信,实现与其他系统的互联互通,通过CAN总线实现数据的下发,具有较强的错误检测能力,在高噪声干扰环境下工作具有实时性强、传输距离长、抗电磁干扰强等优势。依托于5G、4G、WiFi等井下通信网络,上述矿用广播交互系统能够在全矿井内实现定点广播、双向对讲、音视频联动、电子围栏等功能,有效提升了煤矿安全生产的保障能力。

       

      Abstract:

      Aiming at the problem that the existing underground broadcasting system is not integrated enough and expandable enough to interact with other intelligent equipment,designs a mine loudspeaker box with the function of integration and linkage with other underground systems,and builds the mine broadcasting system on this basis.The loudspeaker box adopts BCM1190 microcomputer as the main controller,realizing the high integration of group call,full call,free line division,partition broadcasting,directional intercom and other functions.The high-speed optical MOS tube is used to realize the absolute isolation of the front and rear levels,and the relay control actuator switch is installed to improve the anti-interference ability of the control loop and prevent the misleading clearance break action of high magnetic field interference.It supports 10/100M adaptive synchronous full-duplex Ethernet communication to realize interconnection and interworking with other systems,realizes data delivery through CAN bus,and has strong error detection ability.It has strong real-time performance,long transmission distance and strong anti-electromagnetic interference in high-noise interference environment.Relying on the underground communication network such as 5G,4G and WiFi,the above mining broadcasting interactive system can achieve fixed-point broadcasting,two-way intercom,audio and video linkage,electronic fence and other functions in the whole mine,effectively improving the ability to ensure the safety of coal mine production.
