摘要:
为了提高Sino铁矿选矿厂自磨系统产量和磁选作业的选别能力,将单缸圆锥破碎机改为重型多缸圆锥破碎机,破碎产品粒度P80降低到14 mm左右,自磨衬板重量减少230 t左右,间接地增加了自磨物料载荷,提高了自磨磨矿效率;将锥形旋流器改为柱式旋流器,分级质效率提高到70%以上,循环负荷降低到200%以下;在保证精矿品位不变的情况下,淘洗机替换传统筒式磁选机,球磨磨矿粒度放粗了5 μm左右,自磨处理量随之提高;控制自磨给矿粒度F80大于150 mm,保证了生产的稳定运行和自磨台时最大化。通过上述措施,解决了各个生产阶段的提产瓶颈问题,经过分阶段的提产改造,实现了Sino铁矿选矿厂产量的逐年提升,并将年度单线平均自磨台时从1 000 t/h提高到1 300~1 400 t/h,铁精矿品位稳定在65%左右,作业率最高达到90%左右。此外,选矿厂的圆锥破强化破碎试验,为未来自磨进一步提产找到了方向,通过淘洗的应用,为上游磁选作业的强化分选提供了思路。
Abstract:In order to increase the production of Autogenous grinding system and separation capacity of magnetic separators in Sino Iron beneficiation plant,changes the single cylinder cone crusher into heavy multiple cylinder cone crusher with the P80 about 14 mm of crushed product,decrease the weight of the AG mill liner by 230 t with the increase of AG mill inside material mass and milling efficiency,replace the cone cyclone with flat cyclone with the increase above 70% of classification efficiency and the decrease below 200% of circulating load,change the magnetic separators to elutriation with the increase by 5 μm of ball mill product,control the AG mill new feed size more than 150 mm of F80.Based on these measurements,solves the bottlenecks of production improvement in each production period and realize the increase of the production of Sino Iron beneficiation plant year-by-year,with an annual operating rate of 90%,an annual single-line average autogenous grinding new feed with the increase from 1 000 t/h to 1 300-1 400 t/h,and a stable iron ore concentrate grade of around 65%.In addition,considering the intensified crushing practice of double-cone crushers at the same time,the beneficiation plant has found a solution for future production improvement.The application of elutriation has provided ideas for the enhanced separating of upstream magnetic separation operations.
