跳汰机智能控制技术研究进展

    • 摘要: 煤炭分选作为我国煤炭清洁高效利用的有效途径之一,其智能化已成为当前选煤技术发展的热点和潮流。在煤炭分选设备中,跳汰机作为主要设备之一,其智能化控制技术近年来取得了长足的进步。本文从分选参数智能感知技术、床层状态智能控制技术、产品指标智能决策系统、常见故障与智能诊断技术四个方面对跳汰机智能控制技术进行了综述,并探讨了其未来发展趋势。智能感知技术的关键在于数据去噪和校准,以确保数据的准确性和可靠性。床层状态智能控制技术通过对床层状态控制模型和策略的研究,以实现对床层状态的精准控制和调节。同时,基于大数据和深度学习的产品指标预测和决策,通过对大量数据的分析和学习,实现产品指标的准确预测和优化决策。此外,针对跳汰机常见故障的智能诊断技术也是研究的重点之一。故障智能诊断和远程维护能够发现设备故障,从而提高设备的可靠性和稳定性。综上所述,跳汰机智能控制技术的不断创新和应用将推动跳汰机智能化水平的进一步提升,为我国煤炭清洁高效利用提供更加可靠和先进的技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Coal sorting, as one of the effective ways for the clean and efficient utilization of coal in China, its intelligence has become the hot spot and trend of the current development of coal sorting technology. In coal sorting equipment, jigger as one of the main equipment, has made significant progress in intelligent control technology in recent years. In this paper, the intelligent control technology of jigger is reviewed from four aspects, namely, intelligent perception technology of sorting parameters, intelligent control technology of bed state, intelligent decision-making system of product indexes, common faults and intelligent diagnosis technology, as well as its future development trend is discussed. The key of intelligent perception technology are data denoising and calibration to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. The intelligent control technology of bed state is based on the research of control model and strategy of bed state in order to realize the precise control and regulation of bed state. Meanwhile, product index prediction and decision-making based on big data and deep learning achieve accurate prediction of product indexes and optimized decision-making through the analysis and learning of a large amount of data. In addition, the intelligent diagnosis technology for the common faults of the jigger is also one of the research focuses. Fault intelligent diagnosis and remote maintenance can detect equipment failures, thereby improving the liability and stability of the equipment. In summary, the continuous innovation and application of intelligent control technology for jigger will promote the further improvement of the intelligent level of jiggers, providing more reliable and advanced technical support for the clean and efficient utilization of coal in China.
