高浓度泥浆法在铜矿山酸性废水处理中的工程案例

    Engineering case of high-density sludge method in the treatment of copper mine acid wastewater

    • 摘要: 针对福建某铜矿山企业生产过程产生的矿山酸性废水进行工程处理,其废水特性为酸度高且铁、铜、铝、锌等重金属元素浓度超标,直接排放将会对环境产生极大危害。为了将废水中的污染物对环境的影响降低,工程采用高浓度泥浆法对酸性污水进行处理,调节反应pH值6.8~7.0,污泥进行一定比例回流,使出水达到《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467—2010)的排放标准。

       

      Abstract: The mine acid wastewater produced in the production process of a copper mine enterprise is treated by engineering in Fujian Province.The wastewater is characterized by high acidity and excessive concentration of iron, copper, aluminum, zinc and other heavy metals.Direct discharge will cause great harm to the environment.In order to reduce the impact of pollutants in wastewater on the environment, this project adopts high-density sludge method to treat acidic sewage through adjusting the reaction pH 6.8-7.0, and carrying out a certain proportion of sludge reflux.The effluent shall meet the emission standard of pollutants for copper, nickel, cobalt industry(GB 25467—2010).
