巨厚坚硬砾岩顶板下无煤柱开采技术的应用

    Application of no coal pillar mining technology under huge hard conglomerate roof

    • 摘要: 介绍了东林煤矿巨厚坚硬砾岩顶板条件下的无煤柱开采技术应用研究,对试验工作面进行工程地质分区,设计了恒阻大变形锚索、三区爆破预裂和巷内及挡矸支护方案,经过现场工业性实验和矿压监测,成功将无煤柱开采技术应用在巨厚坚硬砾岩顶板条件矿山。研究补充了无煤柱开采技术体系,提出的技术和方法适用性强,对于相关的煤矿安全高效开采也具有一定的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the application research of non-coal-pillar mining technology under the condition of extremely thick and hard conglomerate roof in Donglin Coal Mine.The engineering geological division of the test working face is carried out, and the constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable, blasting pre-cracking, and roadway and gangue retaining support schemes are designed.After on-site industrial experiments and mine pressure monitoring, the coal non pillar mining technology is successfully applied mine in extremely thick and hard conglomerate roof conditions.This study supplements the non-coal-pillar mining technology system, and the proposed technology and method have strong applicability, and also have certain guiding significance for the safe and efficient mining of related coal mines.
