煤系泥页岩复杂地层冲洗液研究与应用

    Study and application of flushing fluid in drilling in complex formation of coal measure shale

    • 摘要: 针对煤系泥页岩复杂地层钻进中因岩层松散破碎、泥页岩遇水膨胀而发生孔壁失稳导致的孔壁垮塌、缩径、卡钻、埋钻等孔内复杂问题,通过单因素试验分析了冲洗液处理剂:纤维素(CMC)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、磺化沥青(SAS)对冲洗液流变性能(漏斗黏度、塑性黏度、动切力、表观黏度、流性指数、稠度系数)和失水性能的影响,并利用正交试验得到了冲洗液的最终优化配方为5%钠基膨润土+0.3%纯碱+0.5% CMC+0.04% PAM+2% SAS,将该冲洗液用于云南会泽铅锌矿区煤系泥页岩复杂地层钻探施工中,取得了良好的生产效果。

       

      Abstract: In view of the complex problems of hole wall collapse, diameter shrinkage, stuck drilling and buried drilling caused by loose and broken rock strata and hole wall instability, during drilling in coal measure mud shale complex strata, the flushing fluid treatment agent is analyzed by single factor test Cellulose (CMC), polyacrylamide (PAM), sulfonated asphalt (SAS) offset the effects of rheological properties (funnel viscosity, plastic viscosity, dynamic shear force, apparent viscosity, fluidity index, consistency coefficient) and water loss properties of the lotion, and obtained the final optimal formula of the lotion by orthogonal test.The final optimized formula is 5% clay+0.3% sodium carbonate+0.5%CMC+0.04%PAM+2%SAS, has been applied to the drilling of coal measure mud shale complex strata in Huize lead-zinc mining area in Yunnan Province, and achieved good production results.
