朱家峁煤矿厚层砂岩顶板切顶成巷技术研究与应用

    Research and application of non-pillar mining technology with automatically formed roadway on thick sandstone roof in Zhujiamao Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对厚层砂岩顶板切顶留巷的难点问题,以榆横矿区朱家峁煤矿为工程背景,采用数值模拟、现场试验等方法开展了厚层砂岩顶板无煤柱自成巷综合技术研究与应用。为使厚层砂岩顶板及时充分垮落,提出了替代炸药的瞬时胀裂破岩技术和厚层砂岩顶板垮落调控方法,实现了对厚层砂岩顶板围岩的近域有效卸压和平衡控制。矿压监测数据表明:采用厚层砂岩顶板综合切顶技术后,留巷围岩变形较小,能够满足矿井安全生产要求;留巷侧顶板较工作面中部和未切缝侧来压强度减小,留巷效果良好。研究成果对榆横矿区以及陕晋蒙相似顶板条件矿井具有一定的借鉴价值。

       

      Abstract: In response to the difficult problem of cutting and retaining roadway on thick sandstone roof, the research and application of non-pillar mining technology with automatically formed roadway on thick sandstone roof are carried out using numerical simulation, on-site testing, and other methods, taking Zhujiamao Coal Mine in Yuheng Mining Area as the engineering background.In order to ensure timely and sufficient collapse of the thick sandstone roof, an instantaneous expansion rock breaking technology and a method for controlling the collapse and expansion of the thick sandstone roof have been developed to replace explosives.This has achieved effective pressure relief and balanced control of the surrounding rock of the thick sandstone roof in the near field.The monitoring data of mine pressure shows that after adopting the comprehensive roofcutting technology of thick sandstone, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the retained roadway is relatively small, which can meet the requirements of mine safety production; the weighting strength decreases compared to the middle and uncut sides of the working face.The research results have a certain reference value for Yuheng mining area and the mines with similar roof conditions in Shaanxi, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia.
