基于单因素条件智能剥锌机剥离载荷变化规律研究

    • 摘要: 以北矿机电科技有限责任公司研制的全流程数字化、智能化高效大极板智能剥锌机为研究对象,介绍了智能剥锌机总体结构及工作流程,针对剥锌机剥离过程核心环节进行剥离机理分析,建立了预剥离力学模型,分析了影响剥离效果的复杂因素,利用正交试验法构造了二次回归正交设计数学模型,分析了单因素条件下智能剥锌机剥离载荷的变化规律,为智能剥锌机性能机理研究提供理论参考和技术支持,该方法在工程实践领域具有广阔的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: This article takes the full process digital, intelligent and efficient large electrode intelligent zinc stripping machine developed by Beikuang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.as the research object.It introduces the overall structure and workflow of the intelligent zinc stripping machine, analyzes the stripping mechanism of the core links in the stripping process of the zinc stripping machine, establishes a pre stripping mechanical model, analyzes the complex factors that affect the stripping effect, and constructs a quadratic regression orthogonal design mathematical model using orthogonal experimental method.The variation law of the stripping load of the intelligent zinc stripping machine under single factor conditions is analyzed, providing theoretical reference and technical support for the study of the performance mechanism of the intelligent zinc stripping machine.This method has broad application prospects in the field of engineering practice.
