基于改进蚁群算法的铅锭转运智能叉车路径规划技术研究

摘要: 有色金属冶炼生产过程复杂,环境恶劣,自动化水平低,工艺和装备相对落后,严重制约着我国有色金属冶炼行业的健康发展。以国内某铅锌冶炼厂智能工厂项目为依托,对粗铅锭转运过程智能叉车路径规划技术进行研究,提出了一种基于改进蚁群算法的路径规划方法,并与传统蚁群算法进行了仿真对比,研究结果表明,改进后的蚁群算法使铅锭智能叉车路径规划搜索效率显著提升,可很好的实现应用场景最优路径规划。Abstract: The production process of non-ferrous metal smelting is complex, the environment is harsh, the level of automation is low, and the process and equipment are relatively backward, which seriously restricts the healthy development of China's non-ferrous metal smelting industry.This article is based on the intelligent factory project of a domestic lead and zinc smelter, and studies the path planning technology of intelligent forklifts during the transportation process of coarse lead ingots.A path planning method based on improved ant colony algorithm is proposed, and it is simulated and compared with traditional ant colony algorithm.The research results indicate that the improved ant colony algorithm significantly improves the search efficiency of path planning for lead ingot intelligent forklifts, and can effectively achieve optimal path planning in application scenarios.
