阜山金矿尾砂综合利用及充填系统研发与应用

    Development and application of tailings comprehensive utilization and filling system in Fushan Gold Mine

    • 摘要: 采空区和尾矿处理作为金属矿山生产的重要环节,对矿山安全和环境保护成效影响重大。为实现矿山尾矿零排放,阜山金矿对尾矿综合利用系统和尾矿充填系统开展协同设计。设计了以水力旋流器、高频振动细筛和磁选机为核心的尾矿综合利用系统,获得产率为63.58%、Fe2O3含量为0.212%、白度为54.15%的长石产品,以及产率为10.91%、Fe2O3含量为0.586%、白度为31.56%的细泥产品。构建了由供料、供水、供气、料浆制备、料浆输送、溢流水处理与控制系统等部分组成的尾砂充填系统,研究了不同灰砂比情况下细颗粒尾砂充填体强度特性和料浆凝结时间规律,确定了灰砂比不宜小于1:8的最优充填材料配比。工程应用结果表明,依据矿山生产能力和充填需求,阜山金矿尾砂综合利用及充填系统装备选配科学合理,工艺流程衔接紧密,能有效实现采-选-充协同作业,在保证矿山生产安全的前提下,极大提升了整体效益水平。

       

      Abstract: As an important link in metal mine production, goaf and tailings treatment has a great impact on mine safety and environmental protection.In order to realize zero discharge of tailings, Fushan Gold Mine carries out collaborative design of tailings comprehensive utilization system and tailings filling system.A comprehensive utilization system of tailings with hydrocyclone, high frequency vibration fine screen and magnetic separator as the core is designed.Feldspar products with yield of 63.58%, Fe2O3 content of 0.212% and whiteness of 54.15%, and fine mud products with yield of 10.91%, Fe2O3 content of 0.586% and whiteness of 31.56% are obtained.A tailings filling system composed of material supply, water supply, gas supply, slurry preparation, slurry transportation, overflow water treatment and control system is constructed.Strength characteristics of fine particle tailings filling body and slurry setting time rule under different cement-sand ratios are studied, and the optimal cement-sand ratio of filling materrial is determined, which should not be less than 1:8.The engineering application results show that according to the mine production capacity and filling demand, for the tailings comprehensive utilization and filling system in Fushan Gold Mine, the equipment selection of filling system is scientific and reasonable, and the process flow is closely connected, which can effectively realize the coordinated operation of mining, sorting and filling, and greatly improve the overall benefit level under the premise of ensuring the mine production safety.
