基于锌电积智能行车PLC控制系统在强磁场环境中的抗干扰分析与研究

    Analysis and research on anti interference of the intelligent crane PLC control system based on zinc electrodeposition in strong magnetic field environment

    • 摘要: 以有色冶金行业某锌电积智能行车中所应用到的西门子PLC控制系统为研究对象,基于其现场真实应用工况所处的强磁环境,对控制系统受到现场复杂干扰因素影响导致的通信故障进行分析与研究,为相关工程技术人员防范PLC控制系统所受外部干扰与提升系统EMC电磁兼容性能提供了现场解决方案,具有一定的现实指导意义。

       

      Abstract: This article takes the Siemens PLC control system applied in a zinc electrowinning intelligent crane in the non-ferrous metallurgical industry as the research object.Based on the strong magnetic environment in which the control system is actually applied on site, the communication faults caused by complex interference factors on site are analyzed and studied.It provides on-site solutions for relevant engineers and technicians to prevent external interference of PLC control system and improve EMC performance of the system, which has certain practical significance.
