摘要: 以有色冶金行业某分室脉冲袋式除尘器中所应用到的西门子可编程控制器(PLC)为研究对象,基于在实际运行过程中所发生的真实案例,对故障处理过程进行了分析与研究,为相关工程技术人员排除同类故障提供了一种快速定位与诊断的方法,具有一定的现实指导意义。

Abstract: This article analyzes and studies the fault handling process based on the siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) applied in a chamber pulse bag filter in the non-ferrous metallurgical industry, and actual cases that occur during operation.It provides a rapid positioning and diagnosis method for relevant engineering and technical personnel to eliminate similar faults.
