    • 摘要: 某选矿厂日处理25 000 t钼矿石,设计年产钼精矿17 000 t。通过过程检测仪表、调节装置、DCS集中控制系统、视频监控、电子信息技术和设备,实现对选矿过程生产设备和运行参数进行实时监测和控制,建设一个高度集约化的选矿综合自动化系统,提高集成质量、管理效率,降低运营成本。从粗碎、磨矿、浮选、尾矿、精矿脱水、高位水池等几个方面的控制进行阐述,以及DCS系统建设架构及功能进行说明,为同类矿山自动化建设提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: A concentrator processes 25 000 t of molybdenum ore per day and is designed to produce 17 000 t of molybdenum concentrate per year.Real-time monitoring and control of production equipment and operation parameters in mineral processing process is realized by means of process testing instruments, regulating devices, DCS, video monitoring, electronic information technology and equipment, build a highly intensive integrated automation system for mineral processing, improve integrated quality, management efficiency, reduce operating costs.The control of coarse crushing, grinding, flotation, tailings, concentrate dehydration, high-level pool and other aspects of the DCS system construction and functions are described, it provides a reference for similar mine automation construction.
