基于专家PID的锂云母浮选系统液位控制方法

    • 摘要: 现有锂云母浮选系统的浮选设备由于容积小,缓冲能力有限,若使用常规PID控制易造成浮选液面大幅震荡,导致生产操作过程中各作业产率波动较大,对浮选产品品质的稳定造成了极大影响。此外,由于作业设备之间缺乏联动,整个浮选流程抵御来矿扰动能力差,作业重新恢复稳定所需人工调节时间较长。由于现有技术方案均过分依赖人工手动经验操作,多以经验调节为主,易造成经济损失。针对设备特点,设计一种基于专家PID和协同控制策略的锂云母浮选系统液位控制方法,能够解决现有采用常规PID控制造成浮选液面大幅震荡,采用人工手动经验操作控制稳定性差等问题。

       

      Abstract: The flotation equipment of the existing lepidolite flotation system is small in volume and limited in buffer capacity.If the conventional PID control is used, the flotation liquid level will easily fluctuate greatly, resulting in large fluctuations in the yield of each operation during the production operation.The stability of quality has had a great impact.In addition, due to the lack of linkage between the operating equipment, the entire flotation process has poor ability to resist the disturbance of incoming mines, and it takes a long time for manual adjustment to restore the stability of the operation.Since the existing technical solutions all rely too much on manual experience operation, and mostly rely on the experience adjustment of touch and search type, it is easy to cause economic losses.Design a liquid level control method for lithium mica flotation system based on expert PID and collaborative control strategy, which can solve the problems of large oscillation of flotation liquid level caused by conventional PID control and poor stability of manual experience operation control.
