    • 摘要: 全泥氰化碳浆提金工艺是国内应用比较广泛的流程,对某全泥氰化碳浆提金工艺的流程进行了介绍,针对氰根的离子浓度检测不及时等问题进行研究分析,对氰根离子浓度的检测和控制进行了阐述,介绍了一种氰根离子浓度的检测方法,以及氰根离子浓度分析仪基本原理,BOTA氰根分析仪可以实时在线检测浸出过程中氰根离子浓度,同时根据氰根的离子浓度自动控制氰化钠添加量,该氰根离子的控制方法已经在国内多个矿山得到了成功应用,为氰化过程的氰根离子浓度控制提供了解决思路。

       

      Abstract: The process of gold extraction from all-slime cyanide slurry is introduced, and the problems such as the lack of timely detection of cyanide ion concentration are analyzed, the detection and control of cyanide ion concentration are described.This paper introduces a detection method of cyanide ion concentration and the basic principle of cyanide ion concentration analyzer, the BOTA cyanide analyzer can detect the cyanide ion concentration in the leaching process in real-time and on-line, and automatically control the amount of sodium cyanide added according to the cyanide ion concentration, the control method of cyanide ion has been successfully applied in many mines in China, which provides a solution for the concentration control of cyanide ion in the cyanidation process.
