Abstract: Mining plays an important role in Chinese society and has made outstanding contributions to China's economic and social development.However, the series of problems it faces, such as ecological interference, resource waste, and land degradation, are becoming increasingly prominent, which is not in line with the requirement of “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.Although green mine construction standards have been introduced at the national level, mining enterprises are mostly seeking progress at the technical level, and the effectiveness of green mine construction is not good.How to achieve green development and utilization of mineral resources has always been a major task in front of mining workers.In order to solve these problems in mines, not only technological progress is needed, but also the establishment of a green mine ethics value system is needed, by utilizing the ethical value system to guide mining practitioners to establish more scientific and reasonable behavioral norms and moral standards in the process of mineral resource development and utilization, mining enterprises can truly achieve green, civilized, harmonious, and sustainable development.
