钒元素对带钢轧制过程的影响及机理研究

    Study on the effect and mechanism of vanadium on the rolling process of strip steel

    • 摘要: 在相同热轧工艺条件下,针对含钒及不含钒带钢在高压射流工序进行表面除鳞处理后冷轧,研究钒元素对高压射流后带钢表面宏观形貌以及冷轧过程中轧制力的影响。研究结果表明,在高压射流表面除鳞处理环节中含钒带钢相对不含钒带钢的除鳞难度更大,表面清洁度较差,但在冷轧工序中含钒带钢相对不含钒带钢的轧制力略低。

       

      Abstract: under the same hot rolling process conditions, for the cold rolling of vanadium containing and vanadium free steel strip after surface descaling in high-pressure jet process, the effects of vanadium on the macro morphology of strip surface after high-pressure jet and rolling force in cold rolling process are studied.The results show that in the high-pressure jet surface descaling process, the descaling of vanadium containing steel strip is more difficult than that of vanadium free steel strip, and the surface cleanliness is poor, but the rolling force of vanadium containing steel strip is slightly lower than that of vanadium free steel strip in the cold rolling process.
