    • 摘要: 随着科技的发展,传统的异步电机驱动的煤矿胶带机因其负载率低、电动机效率低、功率因素低等问题较为显著,越来越多的被永磁同步变频直驱系统所替代,其具有启动转矩大、运转效率高、过载能力承受范围广、节能环保、体积占地小、设备重量轻等特点。永磁同步变频直驱系统为作业人员提供了便利,设备在作业时为皮带提供了完善的保护功能,可靠性能非常高,可以精准的控制变频,增加丰富的通信功能,能适应在恶劣极端的环境下工作。通过永磁同步直驱变频系统在补连塔煤矿106主运胶带机的实践证明,永磁同步直驱变频系统改善了电机驱动方式和功率参数,延长了整机的使用寿命,减少了设备的损坏和维修,降低了能耗,带来了明显的经济收益。

       

      Abstract: With the development of science and technology, coal mine belt machine driven by more traditional asynchronous motor is more and more replaced by permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion direct drive system due to its low load rate, low motor efficiency and low power factors.It has the characteristics of large starting torque, high operation efficiency, wide overload capacity, energy saving and environmental protection, small volume area, light equipment weight and so on.Permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion direct drive system provides convenience for operators.The equipment provides perfect protection function for the belt during operation.It has very high reliability performance, can accurately control frequency conversion, increase rich communication functions, and can adapt to work in harsh and extreme environment.Through the practice of permanent magnet synchronous direct drive frequency conversion system in Bulianta Coal Mine 106 main conveyor belt machine, it is proved that the permanent magnet synchronous direct drive frequency conversion system improves the motor driving mode and power parameters, prolonging the service life of the whole machine, reducing the damage and maintenance of equipment, reducing energy consumption, and bringing obvious economic benefits.
