Abstract: With the continuous improvement of refined production in concentrators, representative samplers have become important quality control equipment for metal balance calculation and precise control production in concentrators.Focus on the problem of poor sampling representativeness in the original automatic pipeline system of the Bachagou concentrator when the raw ore Pb and Zn grades are high.The sampling system for raw ore, lead concentrate, and zinc concentrate has been modified, and the M1350 linear moving cutter sampler and M1850 secondary sampler on-site sampling system have been customized and designed, effectively improving the problem of lead concentrate and zinc concentrate expansion caused by metal balance calculation deviation, and ensuring the good operation of the concentrator.
