深部区域岩体巷道支护结构参数设计研究

    Research on parameter design of rock roadway support structure in deep area

    • 摘要: 巷道支护结构参数对矿山安全开采具有重要意义,为进一步了解高地应力水平下支护参数对巷道稳定性的影响,通过理论解析对三种不同埋深下姜家窑金矿的三种不同围岩情况下的支护结构参数进行了优化设计。通过理论分析对不同锚杆类型、锚杆长度以及喷射混凝土的厚度进行了巷道结构参数优化比选,最后针对不同围岩情况选取了锚网+管缝锚杆、锚喷+砂浆锚杆的支护方式,现场表明支护效果良好,可有效控制围岩掉块等灾害。

       

      Abstract: The parameters of roadway support structure are of great significance to mine safety mining.In order to further understand the influence of support parameters on roadway stability under high ground stress level, this paper optimized the design of support structure parameters under three different surrounding rock conditions of Jiangjiayao Gold Mine under three different burial depths through theoretical analysis.Through theoretical analysis, different types of anchor rods, length of anchor rods, and thickness of sprayed concrete are optimized and compared for tunnel structural parameters.Finally, support methods such as anchor mesh+pipe joint anchor rods, and anchor spray+mortar anchor rods are selected for different surrounding rock conditions.The on-site results show that the support effect is good and could effectively control disasters such as rock falling.
