民营企业参与我国地球物理勘探装备创新的难点与建议

    Difficulties and suggestions for private enterprises to participate in the innovation of geophysical exploration equipment in China

    • 摘要: 当前我国在用地球物理勘探装备多数以国外仪器为主,国产仪器发展空间严重不足,当下国际形势紧张加剧,发展国产仪器的重要性显得尤为突出。民营企业作为我国科技创新的主要力量,支持民营企业自主创新,对发展我国地球物理勘探装备意义重大。通过调研国内主要民营地球物理装备企业发展历程,梳理其成长背景,分析发现民营企业科技创新主要面临研发风险大、难以获得国家科技类项目支持、用户对国产仪器信心不足、行业标准更新缓慢不利于新技术及时应用等四方面难点。基于此,以新一轮找矿突破战略行动为契机,提出四方面建议:一是强化新技术新装备工程化的公益性支持,充分发挥中国地质调查局的行业科技统筹引领作用;二是完善国家科技项目和人才评价标准,引导科技资源与产业深度结合;三是构建矿产勘查装备科技成果转化平台,减少企业装备研发周期和风险;四是简化标准规范制定和更新流程,及时促进新技术的应用推广和完善。通过提出有关建议,以期为推进我国地球物理勘探装备创新提供积极参考。

       

      Abstract: At present, most of the geophysical exploration equipment used in China is mainly foreign instruments, and the development space of domestic instruments is seriously insufficient. The current international situation is intensifying, and the importance of developing domestic instruments is particularly prominent. As the main force of technological innovation in China, supporting private enterprises in independent innovation is of great significance for the development of geophysical exploration equipment in China. By conducting research on the development history of major private geophysical equipment enterprises in China and sorting out their growth background, it is found that private enterprises mainly face four difficulties in scientific and technological innovation, including high research and development risks, difficulty in obtaining support from national scientific and technological projects, insufficient user confidence in domestic instruments, and slow updates of industry standards that are not conducive to the timely application of new technologies. Based on this, taking the opportunity of a new round of strategic breakthroughs in mineral exploration, four suggestions are proposed. Firstly, to strengthen the public welfare support for the engineering of new technologies and equipment, and give full play to the leading role of the China Geological Survey in the overall planning of science and technology in the industry. Secondly, to improve national scientific and technological projects and talent evaluation standards, and guide the deep integration of scientific and technological resources with industries. Thirdly, to build a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in mineral exploration equipment, reducing the R&D cycle and risks of enterprise equipment. Fourthly, to simplify the process of formulating and updating standard specifications, and timely promote the application, promotion, and improvement of new technologies. By proposing relevant suggestions, aims to provide positive references for promoting the innovation of geophysical exploration equipment in China.
