Abstract:
In view of the main threats to the safety of China’s coal mine production of gas explosion and combustion accidents and other problems, especially the single coal seam comprehensive working face low high pumping roadway is easy to form gas accumulation, in the mining process there will be roof gangue collapse, gangue and supporting metal materials impact, easy to lead to gas explosion.This paper explores the application effect of two-fluid water mist containing additives in gas explosion suppression. Based on the experimental platform for inhibiting pipeline gas explosion with two-fluid water mist containing additives, the suppression law and effect of the interaction between different inert gases and water mist on gas explosion, the gas suppression mechanism with additives, and the effects of different additive concentrations and different additive types on the gas explosion suppression effect are studied. It is found that water mist interacts with four inert gases, CO
2, N
2, He and Ar, respectively, and all have synergistic gain effects on gas explosions. The inhibitory effect of water mist on gas explosion with and without the additive is compared and analyzed, and the addition of the additive could obviously improve the inhibition effect. The concentration of additives and the types of additives have a certain impact on the suppression of gas explosion and greatly reduce the harm of gas explosion. This study provides an important active explosion suppression technology for the prevention and control of coal mine gas explosions.
