筒仓构筑物爆破的稳定性分析及倾倒规律

    • 摘要: 筒仓构筑物由于结构特殊,高宽比小,定向倒塌爆破拆除难度较大,解体不充分,成为目前爆破拆除的难点。为了安全、顺利地爆破拆除钢筋混凝土筒仓,采用理论力学计算方法对筒仓进行了简化,分析了筒仓构筑物的结构稳定性,并在此基础上推导了筒仓爆破翻滚发生的判决方程,确定了合理的爆破切口高度,以确保筒仓结构爆破后可以顺利倾覆,避免发生后坐等危险状况。同时结合爆破工程实例,采用有限元分析软件建立了模型,模拟筒仓钢筋混凝土结构的爆破拆除倒塌过程,深入模拟分析了筒仓的爆破倾倒规律,实际爆破倾倒规律与模拟的高度符合,达到了筒仓爆破拆除的预期效果,可为同类工程提供类似的经验。

       

      Abstract: Due to its special structure and small height-width ratio, it is difficult to demolish the silo structure by directional collapse blasting, and the disintegration is not sufficient, which has become the difficulty of blasting demolition. In order to demolish the reinforced concrete silo safely and smoothly, the silo is simplified by theoretical mechanics calculation method, and the structural stability of the silo structure is analyzed. On this basis, the judgment equation of silo blasting rollover is deduced, and the reasonable blasting incision height is determined to ensure that the silo structure can be successfully overturned after blasting and avoid dangerous conditions such as recoil. At the same time, combined with the blasting engineering example, the finite element analysis software is used to establish the model to simulate the blasting demolition collapse process of the reinforced concrete structure of the silo, and the blasting toppling law of the silo is deeply simulated and analyzed. The actual blasting toppling law is highly consistent with the simulation, which achieves the expected effect of silo blasting demolition and can provide similar experience for similar projects.
