坚硬厚顶板高压磨料水射流切顶卸压技术研究

    Research on high-pressure abrasive water jet roof slotting and pressure relief technology for hard and thick roof

    • 摘要: 为解决近距离坚硬厚顶板巷道矿压显现剧烈问题,提出了高压磨料水射流切顶卸压技术。首先分析了坚硬厚顶板条件下巷道变形机制及高压磨料水射流切割坚硬岩石过程,获得了顶板岩层切割缝槽起裂条件及巷道切顶卸压控制机制。然后进行了工艺参数下高压磨料水射流切割深度试验,获得了高压磨料水射流对典型顶板岩石切割参数。以华阳一矿81403工作面为工程背景进行数值模拟分析,对比了不同切顶角度、切顶钻孔深度条件下巷道围岩垂直应力分布规律及底板变形情况,获得切顶钻孔施工参数。最后在华阳一矿81403工作面进行了工业性应用,试验区域执行水力切顶措施后巷道变形量得到有效控制,巷道平均顶底板移近量30.0%、巷道平均两帮移近量23.2%,较对比段顶底板移近量减小42.3%,两帮移近量减小38.1%。现场应用结果表明高压磨料水射流切顶卸压技术能实现近距离坚硬顶板岩层的有效切割,切断两侧顶板岩层间应力传递途径,有效改善巷道围岩应力状态,减少工作面回采巷道后期顶底板及两帮变形量,降低巷道维护难度。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of severe rock pressure in close range hard and thick roof roadways, a high-pressure abrasive water jet slotting and roof breaking technology is proposed. Firstly, the deformation mechanism of roadway under the condition of hard thick roof and the process of high-pressure abrasive water jet slotting hard rock are analyzed. Then, experiments are conducted on the slotting depth of high-pressure abrasive water jet under process parameters, and the slotting parameters of high-pressure abrasive water jet on typical roof rocks are obtained. Taking the 81403 working face of Huayang No.1 Mine as the engineering background, numerical simulation analysis is conducted to compare the vertical stress distribution and floor deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different slotting angles and slotting drilling depths, and obtain the construction parameters of the slotting drilling. Finally, industrial application is carried out in the 81403 working face of Huayang No.1 Mine. After implementing hydraulic slotting measures in the experimental area, the deformation of the roadway is effectively controlled. The average displacement of the roadway top and bottom plate is 30.0%, and the average displacement of the two sides of the roadway is 23.2%. Compared with the comparison section, the displacement of the top and bottom plate decreased by 42.3%, and the displacement of the two sides decrease by 38.1%. The on-site application results show that the high-pressure abrasive water jet roof slotting and pressure relief technology can achieve effective slotting of hard roof rock layers in close proximity, cut off the stress transmission path between the roof rock layers on both sides, effectively improve the stress state of the surrounding rock of the roadway, reduce the deformation of the roof, floor, and two sides of the roadway in the later stage of mining, and reduce the difficulty of roadway maintenance.
