缸筒温度对聚氨酯活塞摩擦磨损影响规律试验研究

    Experimental research on the effect of cylinder barrel temperature on the friction and wear of polyurethane piston

    • 摘要: 活塞是链式喷浆机的重要组成部分,也是链式喷浆机安全、可靠、高效生产的关键,因此,开展活塞磨损性能研究是提高其可靠性及安全性的重要基础,为分析温度对活塞-缸筒摩擦磨损性能的影响,选用聚氨酯材质的活塞和缸筒进行摩擦磨损试验,模拟喷浆机中活塞-缸筒的实际运行情况,利用压力变送器、电子天平、徕卡显微镜对活塞-缸筒间的密封情况、活塞的磨损量以及表面磨损形貌进行分析检测,从而得到了不同温度对活塞磨损性能的影响情况,并探讨了磨损机制。试验结果表明:活塞-缸筒间的密封性能随磨损温度的增加而下降,但当温度超过40 ℃时,密封性能相对上升;随着温度的升高,磨损量逐渐增加,活塞表面磨痕宽度与深度逐渐增大,即温度越高,磨损越严重,磨损表面的粗糙度越大,活塞表面形貌磨损越剧烈,活塞表面非正常磨损逐渐增加。该试验研究温度对活塞磨损行为的影响,以期为聚氨酯活塞在温度变化下的摩擦磨损相关研究提供试验参考,该研究对提高链式喷浆机可靠性具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: The piston is an important part of chain shotcrete machine and is also the key to safe, reliable and efficient production of chain shotcrete machine, so the research on the wear performance of piston is an important basis for improving its reliability and safety. In order to analyze the effect of temperature on the friction and wear performance of the piston and cylinder barrel, the friction and wear test of piston made of polyurethane and cylinder barrel are carried out to simulate the actual operation of the piston and cylinder barrel in shotcrete machine. The sealing between piston and cylinder barrel, the wear amount of piston and the surface wear morphology are analyzed and tested by pressure transmitter, electronic balance and Leica microscope, obtained the effect of different temperatures on the wear performance of the piston and to explore the wear mechanism. The test results show that the sealing performance between piston and cylinder barrel decreases with the increase of wear temperature, but the sealing performance increases when the temperature exceeds 40 ℃. As the temperature increases, the amount of wear gradually increases, and the width and depth of the wear marks on the piston surface gradually increase. That is, the higher the temperature, the more serious the wear, the greater the roughness of the worn surface, the more severe the wear of the piston surface morphology and the abnormal wear on the surface of the piston is gradually increasing. The effect of temperature on the wear behavior of piston is studied in order to provide experimental reference for the research of friction and wear of polyurethane piston under temperature change, and this research is of great significance to improve the reliability of chain shotcrete machine.
