基于F-AHP的JM矿可崩性评价体系构建及应用

    Construction and application of the cavability assessment system for JM Mine based on F-AHP

    • 摘要: 岩体质量是决定自然崩落法可崩性的前提条件,岩体的可崩性研究是一项比较复杂的系统过程。针对RMR14和RQD等传统可崩性评价方法存在的局限性,以JM矿为研究对象,通过对RMR14方法的评价指标进行修正并采用连续函数取值,提出了一种改进的RMR14评价方法;然后综合采用改进的RMR14方法和RQD评价方法,基于模糊层次分析法(F-AHP)理论,选用改进RMR14值和RQD值作为双重F-AHP法的评价因子,分别进行归一化量化,清晰化处理,确定其综合权重,从而构建矿岩可崩性评价体系。基于此,采用地质统计学的方法进行空间插值,得到了矿区三维评价模型进行可崩性分析。研究结果表明:JM矿评价区域内的可崩性可分为三级,即Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和III级,Ⅱ级可崩性单元集合体积占评价区域总体积的88.9%。矿区整体可崩性综合评价指数NFi均值为0.239,属于难崩级别;基于勘探线线间的矿岩可崩性评价指数NFi值在0.216~0.250之间变化,可崩性为Ⅱ级,同样属于难崩级别。评价结果为矿山后续的设计提供了参考依据,同时,该评价体系也为其他自然崩落法矿山进行可崩性评价提供了一定的借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The quality of rock mass is a prerequisite for determining the cavability of block caving methods, and the study of rock mass cavability is a relatively complex systematic process. In response to the limitations of traditional methods for assessing rock cavability such as RMR14 and RQD, an improved RMR14 assessment method is proposed based on JM Mine as the research object by modifying the evaluation indicators of the RMR14 method and using continuous function values. Then, the improved RMR14 method and RQD assessment method are comprehensively adopted, based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process theory, the improved RMR14 value and RQD value are selected as assessment factors for the dual F-AHP method, the normalization and quantification are carried out respectively, and then the weights are determined, so as to construct the assessment system of rock cavability. Based on this, a three-dimensional assessment model of the mining area is obtained through spatial interpolation using geostatistical methods for cavability analysis. The study results show that the cavability within the evaluation area of the JM Mine can be divided into three levels, namely level I, level II, and level III. The collection volume of level II cavability units accounts for 88.9% of the total volume of the evaluation area. The average NFi of the comprehensive assessment index for the overall cavability of the mining area is 0.239, and the assessment index NFi value of rock cavability based on the exploration lines, which varies between 0.216 and 0.250, the cavability is classified as level Ⅱ and also belongs to the difficult to cavability level. The results provide a reference basis for the subsequent design of the mine. At the same time, the assessment system also provides a certain reference for assessing the cavability of other block caving mines.
