Abstract:
The altered rock type low sulfide tellurium-containing gold ore is treated in a gold concentrator, in which the primary slime content is as high as 15%, and gold is enriched in the slime. The separation process of conventional three-stage crushing + ore washing + two-stage closed-circuit grinding + single flotation of inflatable flotation machine has the problems of complex process, low labor productivity, unsmooth production organization, large fluctuation of flotation operation, more loss of fine metal in tailings, low recovery rate and so on. During the production expansion and technical transformation, the original crushing and grinding process is replaced by the SAB process of coarse crushing + semi-autogenous grinding + ball milling, the original single flotation cell flotation process is replaced by the column-cell sequential flotation process of flotation column rough cleaning and flotation cell scavenging, and then the column-cell sequential flotation process is creatively improved into column-cell double cleaning process of flotation column rough cleaning and flotation cell fine scavenging. The high efficiency transformation of the pulp-mixing equipment is carried out, and many disadvantages of the original process are solved. The labor productivity is increased by 25%, the cost per ton ore is reduced by 20%, the gold recovery rate is increased by 2.44 percentage points, the annual benefit is 15.681 million yuan, and the economic and social benefits are remarkable. The successful practice of this high-efficiency separation process has a strong reference significance for the high-efficiency recovery of the same type of ore.
