Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous advancement of mining automation construction, mining enterprises have put forward more and more requirements for the stability and safety of control systems. According to the requirements for the safety and stability of control systems, redundant CPU systems and ring network architectures have gradually been introduced. This network architecture has been developed in recent years and has been widely used in mining enterprises, achieving good application results. This paper mainly introduces the redundant control system of Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500R/H series, and the construction and application of its network architecture.
