Abstract: Resource and Environmental Economics cours is of great significance to cultivate students’ awareness of ecological environment, form the concept of green development and shape correct values. The online and offline mixed teaching mode can effectively use internet tools to provide more convenient means for ideological and political education. It has unique advantages in promoting students’ understanding of teaching content and strengthening ideological and political education. With the penetration of internet technology into the whole process of teaching practice, it puts forward more holistic requirements for college education. Based on the mixed teaching mode, the teaching task is divided into three main stages: pre-class, in-class and after-class, so that the ideological and political education of the course is fully integrated into the teaching, and the ideological and political elements in the course and the ideological and political focus of each stage are excavated to realize the ideological and political education of students.
