镍离子浓度检测技术及在线分析仪研制

    • 摘要: 在镍族贵金属生产过程中,镍萃取工艺的镍原料包含镍离子和杂质金属离子等复杂成分,其中,镍萃取除杂溶液的镍离子浓度是生产工艺的重要操作参数,镍离子浓度在线检测是实现优化操作的必要环节。针对镍萃取流程中镍离子浓度0.5~100 g/L的在线检测范围,以及药剂添加量定量控制方法进行研究,介绍国内外镍盐厂镍萃取溶液镍离子浓度的在线和离线检测方法、检测原理、应用场合,以及存在的问题;提出一种基于自动络合滴定及颜色软测量相结合的在线检测镍萃取溶液镍离子浓度技术方法;基于此研制出镍离子浓度在线分析仪器,介绍了该仪器的工作原理、组成结构、特点和现场工业在线检测应用效果,该设备具有高测量精度、高可靠性及智能控制等显著优势,可彻底解决镍萃取流程的镍离子浓度的在线测量和闭环控制难题,辅助实现整个镍萃取过程的自动化和优化控制,将镍离子浓度稳定控制在工艺要求范围内,改善镍盐厂生产指标。

       

      Abstract: In the production process of precious metal nickel, the nickel material for extraction contains complex components such as nickel ions and impurity metal ions. The nickel ion concentration in the nickel extraction and purification solution is an important operating parameter in the production process, and on-line detection of nickel ion concentration is a necessary link to achieve optimized operation. In view of the on-line detection range of nickel ion concentration in nickel extraction process of 0.5-100 g/L, and the quantitative control method of reagent addition, this paper studies several kinds of on-line and off-line detection methods for nickel ion concentration in nickel extraction solution at home and abroad, introduces their detection principles, application occasions and existing problems. Then it proposes an on-line detection method for nickel ion concentration in nickel extraction solution based on automatic complexation titration and color soft measurement, and develops an on-line analysis instrument for nickel ion concentration based on this method. This paper introduces the working principle, composition structure, characteristics and on-site industrial online detection application effect of the instrument. The device has significant advantages such as high measurement accuracy, high reliability and intelligent control, which can completely solve the problem of online measurement and closed-loop control of nickel ion concentration in nickel extraction process, assist the automation and optimized control of the entire nickel extraction process, and stabilize the nickel ion concentration at the required range of process requirements to improve production indicators of nickel salt plant.
