面向新一轮找矿突破战略行动绿色勘查的钻探技术研发与应用建议

    Research and application suggestions on drilling technology of green exploration for the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy

    • 摘要: 绿色勘查技术是支撑和保障新一轮找矿突破战略行动,践行绿色发展理念的重要举措。钻探是客观获取地下实物资料,助力找矿勘查的技术手段之一,也被认为是众多勘查手段中对环境破坏最显著的技术种类。钻探施工对环境的负面影响可系统总结为三个方面:一是对地表环境的物理扰动;二是对地表及地下一定深度范围内岩层与水体的化学元素污染;三是钻探设备运转时的噪音与尾气排放等。针对上述环境问题,基于全国近120万口地质调查钻孔深度分布特征和新一轮找矿突破战略行动重点勘查的方向,钻探技术应至少在机械设备的轻便化及模块化、钻进循环介质种类的选择与废固液无害化处理、机械设备的驱动力等方面加以改进,以期降低物理扰动、减少化学污染、控制噪音与尾气排放、提高钻进效率与自动化程度等。另外,固体矿产勘查钻探还应综合运用其他技术,如孔内成像技术等,通过采集孔壁所示的岩性、构造及其产状等原位地质信息,提高钻孔利用程度,进而提高绿色勘查水平。

       

      Abstract: Green exploration technology is an important measure to support the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy and practice the concept of green development. Drilling is one of the technical means to objectively obtain underground physical data, and it is also considered to be the most significant technical type of environmental damage among many exploration means. The negative impact of drilling construction on the environment can be systematically summarized as the following three points. Firstly, the physical disturbance to the surface environment. Secondly, the chemical element pollution to the rock formation and water body within a certain depth of the surface or underground. Thirdly, the noise and exhaust emissions during the operation of drilling equipment. In response to the above three environmental problems, based on the depth distribution characteristics of nearly 1.2 million geological survey drill holes in the country and the direction of the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy to break through the exploration, drilling technology should be at least in the light and modularization of mechanical equipment, the selection of drilling circulation media types and the harmless treatment of waste, and the driving force of mechanical equipment, in order to reduce the physical disturbance, reduce chemical pollution, control noise and exhaust emissions, improve drilling efficiency and automation. In addition, the drilling of mineral exploration should also use other technologies, such as in-hole imaging technology, through the collection of in-situ geological information such as lithology, structure and occurrence shown in the hole wall, to improve the utilization of boreholes, and then improve the level of green exploration.
