库内软滩三维排渗设施对尾矿库渗流场的影响分析

    Analysis of the influence of three-dimensional drainage facilities in the soft beach on the seepage field of tailings pond

    • 摘要: 浸润线是尾矿库的生命线,浸润线的高低对尾矿坝坡的稳定性影响较大,渗流状态也是影响尾矿库安全的重要因素之一。为分析库内软滩三维排渗设施对尾矿库浸润线的影响程度,本文采用Midas软件,通过分析地形与工程勘察资料,建立了反映地质结构特征的尾矿库三维模型,进而对尾矿库进行各种工况下的数值模拟及计算分析。研究结果表明:施加垂直-水平排渗措施以后,能明显提高坝体边坡非饱和区分布范围,有效降低库内的总孔压,降低浸润线,排渗效果显著。坡面最大水力坡降均小于允许水力坡降,表明此时渗透变形或渗透破坏的发生概率较小,尾矿坝坝体渗流稳定,尾矿坝安全。本文研究内容也为后续尾矿库排渗设计及三维渗流分析提供了一定的参考依据。

       

      Abstract: The saturation line is the lifeline of the tailings pond, and the height of the saturation line has a significant impact on the stability of the tailings dam slope. The seepage state is also an important factor affecting the safety of the tailings pond. In order to analyze the influence of three-dimensional drainage facilities for soft beach in the tailings pond on the saturation line, this paper uses Midas software to establish a three-dimensional model of the tailings pond reflecting its geological structure characteristics based on topographic and engineering survey data. Various numerical simulations and calculations are performed on the tailings pond under different working conditions. The results show that the application of vertical-horizontal drainage measures can significantly increase the distribution range of the unsaturated zone on the dam slope, effectively reduce the total pore pressure in the pond, lower the saturation line, and achieve significant drainage effects. The maximum hydraulic gradient on the slope is smaller than the allowable hydraulic gradient, indicating that the probability of permeability deformation or failure occurring at this time is small, and the seepage stability of the tailings dam body is safe. This study also provides a reference basis for subsequent tailings pond drainage design and three-dimensional seepage analysis.
