新型无机注浆材料对工作面破碎煤体加固技术应用研究

    Research on the application of new inorganic grouting material to the reinforcement technology of broken coal body in working face

    • 摘要: 基于赵固二矿大采高煤体及顶底板松软破碎,在生产过程中出现不同程度的漏顶及煤壁片帮不良现象,且目前对于矿井治理方法为化学注浆,注浆成本较高且效果不理想。为解决顶底板及煤壁片帮问题,配比出一种新型的无机注浆材料并用于矿井工业性试验,对新材料的流动性进行测试。试验结果表明:A浆水灰比为0.4~0.5时,流动性良好,符合现场实践应用;稳定性测试A浆水灰比为0.4最佳,凝结时间显示水灰比0.4,结实体强度随B浆的增多而降低;当A浆与B浆体积比达到5∶1及以上时,无机双液浆结石体的抗压强度可以达到7.6 MPa以上;当A浆与B浆质量比为40∶1时,抗压强度和抗折强度最高。通过两个阶段实施注浆试验,合理布置钻孔,通过工业性试验,现场对回采所揭露浆液扩散、充填裂隙进行观测,结果表明新型无机双液浆扩散半径最大可达10 m左右,裂隙充填较为完整密实,取得较好效果,满足了工作面正常回采。对其社会效益及经济效益进行测算,节约费用6 374万元,经济效益明显。研究结果为其他矿井的大采高顶底板及煤壁的片帮提供有效参考。

       

      Abstract: Based on the soft and broken coal body and roof and floor of large mining height in Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine, different degrees of roof leakage and coal wall spalling occur in the production process, and the current treatment method for the mine is chemical grouting, the grouting cost is high and the effect is not ideal. In order to solve the problem of roof and floor and coal wall spalling, a new type of inorganic grouting material is prepared and used in mine industrial test. The fluidity of the new material is tested. The results show that when the water-cement ratio of A slurry is 0.4-0.5, the fluidity is good, which is in line with the field practical application. The stability test show that the water-cement ratio of A slurry is 0.4, and the setting time show that the water-cement ratio is 0.4, and the strength of the solidified body decreases with the increase of B slurry. When the volume ratio of A slurry and B slurry reaches 5∶1 and above, the compressive strength of the inorganic double liquid slurry stone body can reach more than 7.6 MPa. When the mass ratio of A slurry to B slurry is 40∶1, the compressive strength and flexural strength are the highest. The grouting test is carried out in two stages, and the boreholes are arranged reasonably. Through the industrial test, the slurry diffusion and filling cracks exposed by the mining are observed on the spot. The results show that the diffusion radius of the new inorganic double slurry could reach about 10 m, and the crack filling is relatively complete and dense, which achieved good results and met the normal mining of the working face.
