某石墨矿综合回收石墨及伴生钒矿试验研究

    Experimental study on comprehensive recovery of graphite and associated vanadium ore from a graphite mine

    • 摘要: 国外某石墨钒矿,原矿固定碳含量15.30%、V2O5含量0.51%,以石墨矿回收为主,伴生回收主要含钒矿物钒云母,石墨矿嵌布粒度粗,钒云母嵌布粒度细。对该石墨钒矿进行了石墨浮选-钒云母浮选选矿试验研究,得到适宜的石墨粗选及粗精矿磨矿细度条件:粗选磨矿细度−0.074 mm占52.66%,捕收剂为煤油与石蜡油1∶1的混合油,用量为70 g/t,水玻璃用量1 500 g/t,粗精矿再磨细度−0.074 mm占60.04%;适宜的钒云母粗选及粗精矿磨矿细度条件:粗选捕收剂为P8X,用量为200 g/t,粗精矿磨矿细度−0.074 mm占74.35%,矿样采用一粗三扫四精石墨浮选-一粗二扫二精钒云母浮选流程进行闭路试验,最终获得石墨精矿固定碳含量96.63%、回收率96.28%,以及钒云母精矿V2O5含量1.86%、回收率83.41%的选别指标,为该类矿石综合回收石墨、钒矿提供了技术参考。

       

      Abstract: A graphite-vanadium ore is from a foreign country, the fixed carbon content of the raw ore is 15.30%, with the V2O5 content of 0.51%, the graphite ore is mainly recovered ore, and accompanying the recovery of vanadium-containing mineral, which is roscoelite, the dissemination of graphite is coarse, and the dissemination of roscoelite is fine. The separation tests are carried out about graphite flotation-roscoelite flotation for the raw ore, the suitable separation parameters of graphite separation are obtained: the grinding fineness of rougher is −0.074 mm 52.66%, the collector of graphite is the mixture oil of kerosene∶paraffin oil=1∶1, and the dosage is 70 g/t for rougher with the water glass of 1 500 g/t, the regrinding fineness of rougher concentrate is −0.074 mm 60.04%. And the suitable separation parameters of roscoelite separation are obtained too. The collector of roscoelite is P8X with the dosage of 200 g/t, the grinding fineness of rougher concentrate is −0.074 mm 74.35%. The closed-circuit test is carried out with the testing procedures of one roughing, three scavenging and four cleaning graphite flotation-one roughing, two scavenging and two cleaning roscoelite flotation, and the separation indexes can be obtained, the fixed carbon content of graphite concentrate is 96.63% with the recovery rate of 96.28%, and the V2O5 content of roscoelite concentrate is 1.86% with the recovery rate of 83.41%, the research results provide a technical reference for the comprehensive recovery of this type of graphite-vanadium ore.
