    • 摘要: 絮凝剂制备与投加系统作为一个选煤厂生产必不可少的系统,主要作用是对污水进行净化,实现固液分离,起到回用与节水的效果。随着选煤厂规模的不断扩大,对水资源的需求和利用也随之提高,为达到污水零排放的效果,选煤厂迫切需要与之配套的絮凝剂制备与投加系统。基于此,矿冶科技集团有限公司经过多年对絮凝剂在污水中溶解和吸附重金属颗粒及杂质的原理研究,利用最新的逻辑控制算法和PID控制算法,配合高精度的检测仪表和先进的执行装置,以及粉料的精准计算方法和输送装置、水和粉料的充分溶解装置等核心技术,开发出絮凝剂制备与投加系统。该系统在选煤厂投入使用一年后,因操作简单,维护量小,制备的絮凝剂满足生产要求,且能够实现远程控制等优点备受好评,较好地解决了大型选煤厂浓密池中污水处理的问题,为选煤厂带来了显著的经济效益。该系统在选煤厂的成功应用,为该产品的产业化和推广奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: Flocculant preparation and dosing system is an indispensable system in coal preparation plant, its main function is to purify sewage, realize solid-liquid separation, and play an effect of reuse and water saving. With the continuous expansion of the scale of coal preparation plant, the demand and utilization of water resources are also increasing. In order to realize the recycling of sewage, achieve the effect of zero discharge of sewage, reduce the labor intensity of workers, coal preparation plant urgently needs a flocculant preparation and dosing system. Based on this, after years of research for flocculant characteristics, combined with the advantages of domestic and foreign equipment, BGRIMM has used the latest control algorithm and technology, developed a flocculant preparation and dosing system. After the system is put into use in the coal preparation plant for one year, it is highly praised because of its simple operation, small maintenance, the flocculant is prepared to meet the production requirements, and the ability to realize remote control, etc., which better solves the problem of sewage treatment in the dense pool of a large coal preparation plant, and brought significant economic benefits to the coal preparation plant. The successful application of this system in coal preparation plant has laid a foundation for the industrialization and popularization of this product.
